Securing a room by cheque.
Rooms can be reserved by sending a cheque to the address shown above made payable to “Aberconwy House” for the total cost of a single night of the booking.
Securing a room by credit card.
You can reserve a room/s by forwarding your credit card details, either via our secure online booking system, telephone, fax or e-mail. If a credit card is used as a deposit no money is drawn against the card prior to your booking. You pay the full amount at the end of your stay.
Single night bookings
We do not accept single night bookings well in advance of the required stay. However, it is well worth telephoning or e-mailing on or within a few days of your intended stay to check our availability.
Weekend bookings
Any booking that extends into or through a weekend must be for a minimum of 3 nights.

Cancellation Policy

We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between themselves and Aberconwy House. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties.
Cancellations greater than a month of the booking
If you require a cancellation of your booking a full month prior to the date of the reservation we will refund the full deposit if paid by cheque or credit card.
Cancellations within a month of the booking
If you require a cancellation of your booking and we are able to fill the room/s we will refund the full deposit. If we are unable to re-let the room/s the cost of the one night only will be taken from the credit card used to confirm the reservation.
